Processing & Turnaround Times

  •  Premade Wigs: All premade wig orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom Units: Each custom unit is made-to-order and requires 3–5 business days for completion before shipping or pickup.

  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Measurements for Custom Units

To ensure a flawless, glue-less fit, accurate head measurements are required for all custom units. Failure to provide correct measurements may result in improper fit, for which Crowned by Ciera cannot be held responsible. Please refer to our Measurement Guide before submitting your details.

 

Shipping & Pickup Options

  • Shipping: We ship nationwide using reliable carriers. Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • Local Pickup: Local pickup is available by appointment only. Pickup details will be sent once your order is ready.

  • Crowned by Ciera is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages once your order has been shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery concerns.

 

Order Issues

We strive for excellence in every unit created. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee resolution or replacement.

To report an issue, email us at crownedbyciera@gmail.com with your order number, name, and photos (if applicable) so we can assist promptly.

 

 

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please ensure your measurements, order details, and shipping information are accurate before submitting your purchase.

 

Coloring & Wig Care

All wigs are crafted using 100% luxury-quality hair, which can be dyed, bleached to 613 & 27, and styled as desired. We recommend using professional coloring and heat tools to maintain the longevity and integrity of your unit. With proper care, your wig can last 5+ years.
